Curiosity, the new Mars rover, part of the Mars Science Laboratory (MSL), launched today, Saturday Nov. 26. The NASA spacecraft will arrive at Mars in 8 months, and then perform a 2-year exploration mission. Pretty exciting stuff!

I'd hoped for a deeper drill sampler on this one. the other two ran forever and colected plenty of surface data. still if it lands on target should get another peice of the picture

Awesome... I missed the Beta weekend because I was on the staff that launched it Glad to see that other people still care about NASA-JPL ^_^

my pay is low.. just graduated this may and started work in June haha. I love those launch pic the resolution is really amazing. Great job on the launch
