Implemented safeguards to address a Valor exploit.
All a person can do on Ilum now is fly around at the Central Assault and Collect Armaments.
There is no longer credit given for Defeating an Enemy.
Also, no Valor is given.

I see this:
World PvP
Ilum
Chests on Ilum now respawn less frequently to reduce potential gains from farming.
Particle Cannons can no longer be permanently disabled.
Implemented safeguards to address a Valor exploit.
Where does it say no valor/credit given from player kills?

Appairently joining ops and killing ppl on Ilum WAS the valor exploit...
Spent half an hour this morning trying to do my Ilum daily, killed at LEAST 10 reps and didn't get credit or valor. So now Ilum is a pve world where you have to collect armanets that spawn less frequently now. There really is no use to going to Ilum under these conditions.

Apparently, Ilum has now been "fixed" without a patch.
